Step 1: Use the NIH Grade Grid to list grade points earned for all professional courses that meet DPD requirements and for physical sciences courses taken. Please list undergraduate and graduate courses separately.
Professional courses refer to DPD courses in foods, nutrition, community nutrition, nutrition education, nutrition counseling, nutrition and disease, food service systems and management, etc.
Physical science courses refer to chemistry, biology, zoology, microbiology, physical chemistry, etc. courses.
Step 2. Use the NIH Grade Grid to list number of credits for courses taken in the categories just described. Again, undergraduate and graduate level courses are listed separately.
